    Unexpected purchase

    Picked up my new Z06 last week thanks to Mr. Corvette. Put 303 km on it and dropped it off to get PPF and tint. Can't wait to get it broken in but will have to get used to this automatic thing.

    A Long 3 year wait

    Sweet! Is it Z07? I dropped mine off to get PPF and windows tinted and don't have it back yet. 303km on it. Probably for the best with this weather. I should probably get those rad guards. Are you referring to the ones in the bumper?

    😆 Too funny. That's exactly what I thought but didn't want to say it. You know with all this PC crap. The guy at Niblett said they only sold one of the caffeine colour. DSOM. Had to look that one up. I don't think I've even seen one.

    I went with Riptide Blue. Z51 coupe. Has anyone seen caffeine metallic? One happened to be there and I loved it. Looked more exotic. Of course they don't make it anymore but as soon as I saw it that's what I wanted.

    Thanks everyone. Bill Spencers in Cobourg had both of them. And they were parked tail to tail in the showroom. Both Z06 though but you can't have everything.

    Took 18 months to get it. They're putting on aftermarket cruise. Said they can't put on factory. Out of the box it didn't work and am waiting for a new module to be installed...

    It was a It was a Transit van. Bought it to make into a camper someday. Waited 18 months to get it. They got all the other options. But no cruise control. The most important option.

    Are you allowed to say Ford on here? I just bought a new van and the dealer forgot to put cruise control on the order. I called head office and they told me it's not their problem as the dealers are independent. So I hope you can get this resolved properly.

    So much anger. I did say "I think". I've never driven an F1 car and for some reason I thought I saw them using buttons to shift. Maybe that was a video game. I have raced in the pro level of the Canadian Superbike Series. So I'm not completely clueless to racing.
