It will be a paper launch . Not that you could buy one if it weren’t.I am not holding my breath, everything is always delayed with the C8 releases, what ever it will be a teaser of, will not be built until end of 2026 production year with on my few hundred units that will have major constraints.
Rumours say somewhere around 1200 HP ! Gitty up !I know they've been testing it at the nurburgring.

Pardon my ignorance, but the GS was pretty much just a cosmetic option (wide body) wasn't it?ZR1 -e with the Eray electric motor as some had suggested if there is no ZORA? I still like the use of ZORA.
Imagine the Eray was an Stingray-e? lol.
Would they annouce a GS instead of the ZORA? I would just delay it and make the biggest splash for the C8 platform in the near furure year?
Pardon my ignorance, but the GS was pretty much just a cosmetic option (wide body) wasn't it?
The E-ray takes that position in the line-up.
That wasn't my point. I said the E-ray fills the GS position in the lineup. The popular consensus is that the C8 GS will have an upgraded motor. I have my doubts.I can't speak on the GS models of the past, other than the few I have seen at shows looked real sharp.
What I can say is that the E-Ray is by far a different animal than the Stingray (which is a great car on it's own merits).
Think of the E-Ray as the 'civilized' twin of the Z06 - maybe that will help.
All the attributes (plus some), but without the anger.
If I'm not mistaken the C7 GS had the wide body look of the Z06 and some of its suspension performance upgrades, but with the base Stingray motor.Pardon my ignorance, but the GS was pretty much just a cosmetic option (wide body) wasn't it?
The E-ray takes that position in the line-up.
There's always the possibility of that SUV everyone has been waiting for.I don't think GM will undermine the newly released ZR1 with a Zora so soon, so that leaves us with the grand sport
The E-Ray isn't a cosmetic option, and costs way more than a GS could cost.Pardon my ignorance, but the GS was pretty much just a cosmetic option (wide body) wasn't it?

Getting into the next MY though ……. And there are only going to be 302 ZR-1’s produced for the first year apparently so there will likely be a scarcity of the Zora as well if that’s what these RUMOURS are all about. Not that 99.9999999999% would have a snowballs chance of buying one ……just a thought.I don't think GM will undermine the newly released ZR1 with a Zora so soon, so that leaves us with the grand sport
