Why the Z06?
Please don't rely on the discussion that suggests an E-Ray is nothing but a 'dressed-up' Stingray - I find it to be ludicrous.
You'd be closer saying a Z06 is like an E-Ray on crack.

Not to nitpick but the engines HP is higher at higher RPM's. Torque curves are virtually the same.

Z06 .....E-Ray ?

for me ..... neither......the C8 Stingray is serving me so well and the car is so sexy I could not bear to part with it

Trade in my C8 plus ..... what would the dealer want another 150 k probably more for a Z06 or an E-Ray ..... doesnt make any sense to me anyway

the pursuit for always the next best thing would kill me

Yes, but it's better to keep the revs up so you should be in a lower numerical gear than the Stingray in a given situation.
