Z06 Tuned on 94 oct With Full Bolt-ons.

Modest gained. Start collecting the bolt on parts till the day/year to get a tune. Best of all they are local here in GTA.

i found ECC tuned's work here to be absolutely astounding and a great contrast from where Peitz had gone with ethanol.

super intriguing to hear where gains where able to be obtained with timing and such on the low end but no discernible optimization possible on the higher end. Again just as with the stingray, GM left very little on the table.

Still a tad frustrating that even with an unlock of the ECU, the guy who had done the tuning on the video for ECC (don't catch the name) said that some parameters were not able to be logged which handicapped the ability to potentially tune further or find a tiny bit more gains like the state of the intake butterfly flaps and such.

Excellent focus on flattening the torque dips for a much more constant pull, stock was already a great win but this tune on increasing the overall gains under the curve with the typical bolt-ons is great news.

Putting my eventuri, 92mm soler TB's, and unobtainium sport cats this spring but just sticking with the bolt on's on factory tune til i feel like i've got enough out of my extended warranty as i continue to see how good my DCT holds up. Then i'll likely bite down on this after an hp tuners unlock. Great stuff by ECC as this is completely where i would go as an end game on my Z as turbo's are not in my interest at all.

Going to be doing logs on stock vs. adding unobtainium cats and then cats with intake and tb's. so it will interesting to see my shortfall on numbers compared to ECC's header and tune.

on a sidenote i'm quite curious what the unobtainium header by itself truly adds. i'm unlikely to go there myself as its a great deal of cash to largely lose weight and create more sound with very little on power gains from what i have seen with other people's dyno tests. Of course that was before the ecu being unlocked. Just going to see how much more opened up the sound is, on top of the small power gains, from sport cats before even thinking of say an 841concept header.

Under the curve gain is good.
I love the sounds of the 841 Concept and that is what I would buy for the value. The Unobtainium is good and Cdn made but $10k is just too much for what I want to spend.😬
I like to know once you get their hfc installed if there is any CEL?

I'll let you know but chris from unobtainium is standing by his product that there will be no cel at all. The gesi cat material is higher quality and actually a 400 cell rating but by being an inch wider in diameter and less length you get an effective 200 cell rating while giving a proper oem 02 factory reading the ecu needs to see. So no fuel smell to boot.

Should be perfect really and yes too high for me on header price. I kind of think i won't go there at all.
