We keep our car on the road until just before the salt goes down. Looking good through the middle of October around here with 60+ F daytime temperatures. We'll hopefully get into mid November again this year.

Keith I will take mine off the road before the end of October. Get it cleaned up and covered up and hope for an early spring. I drop road coverage from my insurance and save that money for gas next year.

Later in the week will be heading off on a road trip down through the Blue Smoky mountains, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Tail of the Dragon. Probably start thinking of storage around the end of November. Friend of mine with a C7 - Z06 swaps his wheels about that time of year and puts on all seasons and drives his Z06 all winter although it does not go out in the snow or slush.

I got caught unexpectedly on the East coast and the snow hit here. I am really hoping now for a few nice days to warm things up so I can get in for my hibernation oil change

Had a test run yesterday to see what two corvettes look like on the hoist. Bob's will stay on the top for now as my plate doesn't expire to Dec 1st.

I had the '03 out yesterday and today, windows down, but honestly the tires do not like the colder weather.
Not a lot of grip, it kicks sideways on the 1-2 shift even on part throttle.
