What type of insurance rates is everyone getting in Ontario?

Why would I BS about that? I suspected Co-operators used the ON Star reports purchased by some insurance reporting companies like Lexusnexus to check my braking and acceleration records but GM and Lexusnexus denied it was used in Canada.
No sorry...when I said 'bogus' I meant on CAA's part...like that is a ridiculous increase !!! Sorry for the confusion . I asked them for a quote a few years ago and they weren't even close to being competitive. And we've been CAA members for 45 years.

$1900 because this lol ^^^^

Get ready.... my renewal just doubled with CAA - no accidents or tickets PLUS a $1500 surcharge if I don't install an engine immobilized to their spec.
Sounds like it’s time to shop around. I believe I have mentioned it before but TD seem to offer coverage everywhere and I have found them to be more than competitive with any of them. Might be worth it for you to pull up their site and have a look. Nothing ventured….

You are correct. Between that and the $2000 surcharge that they wanted to put on my wifes Toyota Highlander I had no choice but to switch everything to a new company.
