Storage guy wanted the cars in now. At 33.00 bucks a month I couldn't argue. Hoping next year will be different. If all works out I'm building a 40X80' shop.

Last year we had ours out past remembrance day before the salt came. Hopefully it will be the same this year. December to April is one long haul.

Bill, it is a tough time of the year. I am going to keep mine on the road at least until the October 17 Huntsville Cruise.

Last year on the way to meet up with this group I got stuck behind a manure spreader on the Munck Road (Highway 35 to Rama Road). It took a little longer than normal to clean the "crap" off the car. However it was a great run, cleaning it up just added to the winter memory. Hope everyone realized it was the car that smelled bad not me.

That is a pretty good storage rate you got.

My car will be out another week in the west(ish). Storage guy wants all the cars in by the 15th. It's getting cold and crappy out so I'm not tooooooo upset by the early sleep. Sorry to hear your car is already in storage. That 40x80 shop would be so nice!!!!!!!!!!

It is a very good rate, nice guy and very secure. Building is high and dry as well.
I hope it works out Riley, we are definately moving but what I want and what she wants differ somewhat.

Since we only put a 1,000 Kms on it this year, we just came back from adding another 1,000 Kms on it by going to the Wasinghton coast for 5 days. But hibernation insurance starts Oct 15th. and she will now sleep for six months again.

Heading to the US for March break so swapping the snows out for the All Seasons on the TDI today. Other car I'll wait a bit for before swapping, since it goes from winter to summer performance tires ( not so good in any sort of snow )

Want some warmth and some rain to wash the salt and grime away so I can get the Vette out of winter storage when I get back from March break!
