Tinting Tail Lights

On my 2015 SR I tried a spray on coating in black. I liked the sides done but not the rear.
Then you can then remove it easily if need or want to.
also inexpensive

I did this, and I think it looks way better. Passed by lots of cops, no issues ever.

That's not the point. You can pass a thousand cops. It's the one person in a split second has trouble seeing your lights and rear ends you. Who cares who's at fault. You now have a banged up Corvette! All because it looks cool? Sorry, no offense, but I don't think it's the smart thing to do.

I did it on my coupe and HTC. The Paragon kit doesnt cover the actual tail light part, only the reflectors and reverse lights if you choose.

I did both on the orange car but didnt do the reverse lights on the HTC.

The brake and turn signals are behind the outer white lens, not the red lenses. Those tints 100% dim the brake and turn signals.

I think it looks beautiful... Its not really a mod, also if someone is concerned about insurance you might as well not tint your windows or do any mods ever to your cars ever.

Wait until I rip those tail lights out next year and go with round LEDs with carbon fibre contour, people will lose their minds with the modding and legality of it. If you only see what I see at the giant JDM/Euro shows in terms of mods, this is nothing.
