True as that may be it’s the principle. Next thing you know when you go to a restaurant you’ll have to cook your own food and do the dishes , lol. When Walmart put them in here they had more security and employees watching the area than they had operating the checkout tills they removed. Doesn’t make sense given how much easier it is for people to scam by not scanning an item or three .

Some stores, I think in the UK, have started to remove them.
Too much product shrinkage as they like to call it.

Lol . Whoever perceived that has never driven here …..every day multiple times I see idiots treating stop signs as suggestions, not using directional signals, being one foot off of your bumper, cell phone stuck to their face while checking their hair in the mirror, texting, turning into a driveway or parking lot and almost coming to a complete stop halfway in , parking so close to you that you wish you had a sun roof so you could get in your vehicle, going 40 in a 90 zone , going 90 in a 40 zone , still sitting at a light after it changes holding everyone up and screwing up the normal flow of traffic because they are checking their texts or email. And a lot of that is before I get to the end of my street !

How in the name of the Gods did they get a driver’s licence in the first place ? Parallel park ? Nope, I’ll just keep going around the block till I find three open parking spots in a row . Drivers like that not only annoy others they cause accidents and unfortunately deaths on our roads. Something wrong with this system.
 
Stop sign = slow down, ignore traffic and floor it.
Signals = Used to point out that you're already in the turn lane (DUH!)
Proper spacing = dental floss
Share the road = There are others on the road??
Speed limits = avoid doing that exact number
