Supercharge or turbos

Turbo would give you more power potential. The only thing I don't like is where most mounted their tubos.
It may be the most logical location but what happen when you are caught in a monsoon by accident? 😬 I just want that peace of mind if I do take my vette on a road trip.

I would just stick with a less hp Magnuson and be very happy with it. I think they sell the kit for $14k usd to start plus mods?

These guys are in Calgary so not so close for you but they are highly rated and are the authorized Canadian dealer for Lingenfelter. Make a road trip out of it . You would return east quicker than you went west ,lol.

Very complex install vs Pro Charger Stage 2 I believe? I attached file on the product. You may want to review?

An attractive entry level kit. Still expensive but cheaper.

I am looking at the best 1/4 mile supercharge run. If this gives me 10.5, great.

So you want to buy your way to the “quickest” list? 1/4 miles are highly dependent on drivers skills and track conditions.

What is your fastest time so far in your C8?

Did you know that stock C8 with a good driver and good track conditions ran a 10.9 at 124mph?

Yes, I even saw the race. It was during a weekend with race car drivers. The track was in perfect condition. As for me, I have gone only once and had a 11.53 . HTCs, by Car and driver are 2/10th of a second slower. So my 11.53 was not bad for a track that would not stick and being my first time with a C8. I am still trying to figure out which way is best to get out of the 60 feet. The day I went , everybody complained about the track being slick but it was all amateur drivers like me, so they didn't care. Also you can't warm up the tires!!!!! Going back this year but not sure when. Warm weather or cool? Videos I have seen don't mention which is better. Also I do have a hop hop hop problem on take off. I think it's the original run flats. I do own drag radials. If you mean a good driver is one with lots of experience at the track, then no, I only go 3-4 times a year and last year none.

Go with a supercharger kit and have it professionally installed and dyno tuned.

Ps: my 2024 z51 also hops, while 2021 non-z51 doesn’t ;)
Yeah I was told the same thing from other Z and non Z owners. When I think that I had ordered a non Z but was forced to buy a Z or skip my turn. :Ack2: If I had known I would of skipped.:( Too late. I will figure it out or I will let a semi pro at Napierville try to get what he can out of it. This way I can see if it is me or the car. With one of my Mustangs I had somewhat the same problem and I got a time of 1/100th of second slower than this guy. He has hundreds of trophies, so I can trust him.

If that is true then your problems can be rectified with some suspension mods. Do you have mag ride?
