Spark plugs

Thought I would check the plugs on my 74 and if necessary change them. Someone has converted the ignition over to hei from the original points. The plugs that are in it now are r44t with a gap of .035 which is what the manual states for a 74 with original ignition. My question is what plug should I be running and with what gap since the ignition was changed?

What engine is in your car? If you can get engine code it should help If I remember right, HEI use to have .060 gap I will check monday in my catalogs

It has the original L82
