Old news! Try sticking around for a while! The haters will chime in saying; "how can you take a corvette through an automatic wash" like something will happen to it other than being cleaned
Nada. I'm all prepared though. Bought a blade for my tractors hitch. Tired of breaking shear pins on the snow blower in the wet snow. That's likely why it hasn't snowed here. LOLHow about you....
Had a rear blade on my tractor. Cursed it but maybe I get more snow than you. Bought a cheap 98 Yukon and put a front blade and chains on it. Way better and I stay warm while plowing in -30 temps. If we get deep snow and hard drifts, have the snow blade and chains on the skid steer. If neither of those are adequate, I say Fk it and wait util it melts.... lol...Nada. I'm all prepared though. The loader works, but gets full too quick. The snowblower is great for colder weather, but the heavy wet snow we get is really hard on snow blowers. At least with the blade I can angle it and shove it to the side. No cabin on the bigger tractor, but the snow blower tractor has an enclosure but no blade.Had a rear blade on my tractor. Wonder if a ATV blade attachment would work on the snow blower tractor.... But yes, A bucket does fill up too quick. That's why I picked up a hyd blade for the skid steer. My big tractor isn't a 4wd and is basically useless in the snow and ice.The loader works, but gets full too quick. My big one is 4 wheel drive and I have a front blade for it on my wish list. I want to see what I can do with the rear blade first. It cost me $500.00. The front blade is $3000.00. My garden tractor has the blower, chains and the all weather enclosure. I can get a blade for it, but I'd have to take off the snowblower, which is a pain to install and remove. An ATV blade has a different hookup and won't work on most garden tractors. My neighbour welded together an attachment for his, but that kind of thing is beyond my skills.Wonder if a ATV blade attachment would work on the snow blower tractor.... Yup. Kinda like my c7 for sure. Not that I would know anyway. It's tires stay 7 feet off the ground all winter.Kinda like a C7...
Here we go lol....
