Agree, but a phone call or dealer visit is all it takes if you are so inclined to life hack stupidity and incompetence to prevent disappointment plus an additional 2 week wait. As an old fart, I don’t have much confidence in point after sale service, so having the time I don’t mind occasionally thinking outside of the box for others where my interests are involved. I don’t disagree with any of your comments it’s just that we live in a different reality today. What we all paid and good service are mutually exclusive these days except in the minority of cases when they are not.
