I'm looking for a screen protector for my 2023 C8. I want to reduce the glare and fingerprints. Anyone have any they can recommend? There are a couple on Amazon but the reviews are not very good. To be clear I want it only for the infotainment screen to the right of the steering wheel.
Thanks in advance.

Just a thought but perhaps one meant for a tablet screen would work even if you had to trim it . They are usually pretty good quality and reasonably priced .

I'm going to try thiS one from Amazon:
Screen Protector
I have these exact ones and put one on my tablet maybe 6 months ago and not a scratch on it . They are 9H hardness as opposed to 4h which the one your looking at is. Might last a bit longer. In all fairness though your screen doesn't get tossed around like a tablet would but it's only $17.00 for a two pack .....

Haven't measured the screen. Haven't really seen the need personally to have a screen protector there . Once I had settings configured to my preferences the only thing I touch the screen for is usually the music icon for Android Auto. Occasionally when there is an update on the go otherwise not so much. I'll give it a swipe once in a while with my lens cleaning cloth for my sunglasses which I keep in the HUGE arm rest storage compartment, lol.
Have you been having a damp summer in the east ? We actually had some showers for a few minutes the other day . I wish we would get a lot more . Been in a drought situation for the last couple of years. Not great from a fuel for the fire standpoint .

It’s dryer than a popcorn fart in the east … all things green, are dying !!

We need rain, lots of rain …..

Same here. Dry as a camels butt in a sandstorm . Your Balsam Firs , the tree of New Brunswick, are dying off because of lack of moisture. Sad state . Better bring back the Carbon Tax...........

Yeah it’s odd .. we have beautiful maple trees with 100% brown/dying leaves on near all trees …. It’s bizarre

Was all over the news today
There are a few things that can affect Maples apparently that seem to occur in cycles. My Dad's maples in NS a couple years ago had something that caused the leaves to be covered in black spots and streaks and a lot fell off . This was late July early August and leaves don't normally start to drop till early October. This year no sign of it and the trees are healthy. . Climate change, who knows. Maybe just natural cycles for a lot of different things happening in nature that are just getting more press along with anything else that gets clicks .

You have to see it to believe it … all of eastern Canada is suffering from dead maples … they (the experts) claim heat + climate change.

Being no expert, I can tell you with confidence it is NOT normal and there is no history of it being this bad before.

Brown, dead, leaves fallen/falling in July/August

I’m sure Trump will tariff us, for some reason, as it affects the lumber we are sending south 🤣

Probably will bitch about the leaves blowing across the border. Jesus. Where are the good marksman when they are needed , lol. I jest. But you are right in that something isn't. I will be down that way in October to look at some properties in NB and do some road tripping/visiting in the Maritmes so will see how it compares to what I last remember. It's so unbelievably beautiful there in the fall . I hate to think that could be negatively affected in any permanent way.

Ping for coffee meet, when you make it out this way. 👍
