Unless you've left them there for months, any of the quality spray on detailing wax/shines (Mothers, Maguire's, etc)work really well and double as replacing your original shine. I stay away from the so called bug cleaners since they usually contain solvents.

Here is the best and fastest way. Take a used Dryer sheet or sheets and wet them in water and you will be amazed how fast they come off. You don't have to rub that hard at all. Good for cleaning trailers as well. Enjoy..

Tried it and it works really, really well. But..., it seems to also remove the wax.

I tried it too and I can't believe how east the bugs came off
I use a spray on detailer instead of wax so I just sprayed on and wiped off again

I found Perrier water works really well too when you can’t get any Canada Dry club soda. 
I used this last year.... worked great but not cheap
