Question Recommended Corvette shop in Collingwood area

The FOF,s on my 2009 Convert stopped working, I have 3 of them replaced batteries, none work, when I insert one in the glove compartment slot I can start the car. It's beyond me and need someone that has some knowledge about FOB's and their workings. Any recommendation in the Collingwood/Wasaga Beach area?

Reprogram your fobs by following the steps in your owners manual. You can also go to Mike Jackson Chevrolet in Collingwood or Paul Sadlons/Georgian in Barrie that sell a lot of Corvettes.

David, when in doubt, read the owners manual. Back then they used to actually give you one!

Stay away from Mike Jackson. I would not let them service my lawn mower let alone my C8.

Thanks for the update, I have not heard anything on this dealership in a long time. That is why I suggested the bigger Corvette dealerships in Barrie that I am familiar with.

Gentlemen......thank you for all your thoughtful replies and wisdom, I have fixed the problem. Through my own stupidity when my primary FOB stopped working and my second for some reason did not work either I changed all the batteries, and silly me put them all in backwards. After careful thought and retracing my steps I took one apart and staring at battery analyzing the prongs I realized my mistake, now all is well. Thank you.

I go to Georgian all the time. They have a nice lounge and experienced Corvette mechanic. Competitive prices as well.
