Paul Harvey was great but my Favorite was H. Gordon Green the old Cynic from Ormstown Quebec.. At the shop everyone listened to him everyday at 1 pm.
Go to the top of page 28 second paragraph and enjoy the laugh!!!
hmmmmm..... sorry Rob but that looks like a downloaded file on your puter.... It doesn't give me anything...
Rob... if you can give us your computer password and remote access we could see that file.
We won't do nothin'... honest!
Maybe just look around a bit. LOL
Graham
Rob, I thought it was a great article. Enjoyed reading it, never heard of the guy quite humorous. Never mind those with cheap computers who said they could not open the link.
It's winter. I'm strolling through memories, so let's wake this thread up again. I stumbled across a directory of fun pictures that I've taken, and thought I'd share some.
I took this sequence of pictures on the way out to a rig several years ago. I always get a kick out of signs like this. Sometimes corners have names which indicate a person has earned their legacy with a particularly bad crash. You know there is a history of several crashes by the signs being there, so it's typically just a matter of time before you see why.
Hehehe.... I remember the head banger poodle post Graham and finally watched the movie.... Secret Life of Pets....i had lots of laughs but Quinn loved it.... she wouldn't put the remote down....lol....
I haven't seen the whole movie yet.
But the bits I have seen look funny.
Bev and I will sit down some evening with Sterling The Wonder Poodle and watch it.
Well.... Quinn turned seven today...seven months that is... wow how time flies. It only seemed yesterday that Graham and I both got our new puppies... Quinn is losing the puppy look. Brenda and I just noticed that her adult look has come on strong in the last week or so. She is 21 inches at the shoulder and just recently she broke the 50 pound marker. She still has a ton of puppy energy but is starting to settle down and listen more...lol... Here's a pic today before her and Brenda leave for Dog Club... It's a little grainy as I haven't cleaned the lens on my phone in 2 years....lol... Post up a picture of Sterling for us Graham... Is he going more and more silver? At what age will she be totally changed? Or maybe he already has?
Eric..
Quinn is looking gorgeous... beautiful puppy.
STERLING The Wonder Poodle turned 5 months old the other day.
And like Quinn, is becoming a young kid, some growing up is done but still some puppy traits.
Training is in full swing, some things will take time.
I find the biggest challenge in socializing him with other dogs to be the toughest.
We've got to get him out more, or maybe have some play-date dogs come for visits.
He is gradually turning silver as expected... I'm told the full colour transformation may take up to two years old.
We'll hopefully have him trained by cruising season.
Wow.... Sterling looks so sharp..I can see the silver highlights... especially in the lower legs... unless that's just the light.. I think we should breed Sterling and Quinn together and raise Sheppoodles... lol...I bet they would sire beautiful dogs....... We socialize Quinn every opportunity we can which is probably still not enough. As we live 1/2 mile from our nearest neighbour, she doesn't see many dogs or people. I took her to basic obedience class with other dogs for a month and Brenda takes her to a social Dog Club every Sunday. When it's half warm, we also take her on leash into town once in a while and walk around some and take her into the dog friendly stores and definitely the pet stores. She loves other dogs and want to play them to death... lol... If they don't want to play and let her know that, she also backs down pretty quick.... Other than the wanna play agression, she's not showing any angry aggression...
How do you cruise train? I have seen pictures of Delco sitting in your Vette but always either driving or in the passenger seat. Where will Sterling sit if you and Bev both go cruising?
Cooler day today...-12 here.... When we can't drive our Corvettes in Alberta, we go out and play with our best friends.... had Quinn on coyote watch with me ....hehe...

Hahaha that's awesome. I took the foxpro with decoy out last week too but no luck. Even went looking for the raccoons that keep making appearances on my trailcams.
