Warmest places in Canada in general? If I had to guess, probably Toronto and Victoria/Vancouver for temperature.

windsor is about the same latitude as northern california.

I had to ask as I'm trying hard to get educated and I've never been west of Quebec city.I need to at least visit Toronto sometime and Ottawa in the near future .
