Nice Day in SO...

Jack, I did. Hit 20C in SW Ont today and I took a photo of the temp displayed inside the car. I put the all season tires on in the fall and I adjusted the pressures before I went for a 200 km rip to test out the winter mods.

Any details on the mods?

Solar Performance throttle controller with the lock out feature and throttle body recommended to me by the owner of the company.
It's very noticeable as others have commented here previously.

I have also looked at these. Do you have one installed , sounds like you do ? And did you do it yourself ? If so which of the three offered for the LT2 would you recommend ?

I wanted to install the throttle controller to enable the lock out feature after a member of one of the Corvette clubs I am in had his house broken into, hidden keys located, blocking vehicles moved and his C7 Z06 stolen. I used the Chuck Metz (Rick Conti's mechanic) installation method to hid all the wires, removed the side panel and hide the wire directly into the center console. Took about 15 minutes for me to install the controller.
The throttle body 91 mm was recommended by Joe the owner of Solar Performance who tested all of them on his Stingray and this one won't throw codes. Just a 7 minute learn for the engine once installed, but the install is time consuming. I had to take everything apart over the winter to fix a transmission cooler leak with $33 O rings that sit on top of the transmission. It's much easier to install the throttle body through the trunk but you still need access from the top making the job much easier in the coupe.

Another nice day in SO.. so I decided to take er out for a 150k rip on the windy roads of the beaver valley, up to Thornbury and Collingwood. I forgot what a nice car it was to drive. I recommend cutting the umbilical cord 😉😂

I was out again today as well, after installing my new set of Dynamic Caps! I went and showed them to another one of my club sponsors. With 20C temps here this afternoon, my second outing with the top down was warmer than the first.
