New to the Forum

[Black 03 Z06]

I have had my 2003 Z06 for almost 10 years now. I purchased it new from Courtesy Chevrolet in Toronto. I had been looking for a while when I walked in saw the car and walked out owning it. Never regretted the purchase. I have not driven the car a lot it has just 18K on it but when I do drive it it is a joy.

It has been trouble free with the exception of a leaking differential seal. It leaked again but we discovered that the mechanic had reused the crush washers, the top one was bent into a heart shape and when the lube got hot it leaked out. Replaced them not a drop has leaked since.

Only modifications planned are replacing the 10 year old Goodyears. If I have to do that then might as well get some new wheels as well. Man what a mixed bag of choices there, it may take some time to figure it all out!

I have been a lurker here for a while and thought it only right to get on and enjoy the knowledge the site offers.

I too had a registration issue.

Sounds like we might have had the same problem. I'm glad Riley is so nice and can work these things out, as I'm happy to be a memeber around these parts. Great people, and like-minds..........

Buckhorn 76, I have had the car over to Bobcaygeon a number of time but not to Buckhorn. Know the area fairly well, we used to camp at Deer Bay years ago. My wife tells me there is a shoe store in Bobcaygeon she likes!!

Don't let her near the Bigley's shoe store or you will end up with a pain in your hip....right about where your wallet sits. Trust me. I know. The store has a nice selection of men's shoes too so it isn't a total loss.
