New C8, what are the "must dos"?

Note to self. Don't move to NWT if you like to drive your Vette as much as you can. Go west. šŸ˜„
It's the latest spring I can remember. Still some snow on the ground but its sunny every day and the roads are clear . Just put road insurance on it today. On the road tomorrow !

lol.... I'm on a Vancouver VPN and get little weather updates bottom left of my screen all the time for Van.. They go like this...
Rain, rain, rain, rain starting in one hour, rain, rain, rain.....rain ending for an hour in August....
No thanks. Alberta has the most sunshine in Canada...I'll take it.

I guess if it was my daily driver but it's not. I take the Vette out to enjoy both it and the nice weather. Have 3 other vehicles to drive in the rain and snow.
Lol. We have the same problems. Personal truck, work truck, Jeep….or Vette (formerly Hellcat).

And for our resident chit disturber, Jackoon…. I could roll a Massey tractor or a Can Am quad too….haha

You might as well consider an Arc as opposed to a Condo if moving there . Especially given over inflated housing costs. And here we always thought we had more sunshine than anywhere. Then I realized that's only most of the time when it's not dark............... ;)

Actually none of the above. The farm vehicles stay on the farm and the only ones buying a Prius are environmentalist tree huggers in Ontario...
Until they stop giving everyone else's tax dollars to people in the upper tax brackets....... oh , wait what that's right, some things never change.

I understand that in the US, you can get a hard copy of the owners manual if you request one from GM concierge in the first six months of ownership. I don’t know why it should be any different in Canada….so worth a try!!

Well with a few errand runs I’m at 675 km today. Going to visit a buddy who has a hot rod shop tomorrow and he’s 110 km away. So in theory I will be able to finally let ā€˜er loose at some point on the way home. Lol
Funny that my Hellcat had no such restrictions…
There is a link on the attached page to the 2026 C8 manual in PDF format. Ignore that it says site maintenance and just click on it . This is from GM . You can download it for free .
