Need Advice on a C2 (Investment?)

Hi Guys

There is 1966 c2 for sale. I have watched youtube videos but I don't know what to look out for. AC may not be working, it has a fuel injection system. All orginal parts available.Youtube video of it

Get it checked out to be safe, by someone who knows that vintage.

The C2 weak area is usually rust out at the frame rear kick up. Is the car being sold certified
or as is?
If it is "as is" I would suggest you negotiate to take the car in for a safety before you put
any money in the sellers hands, it has to be safetied before you can license for the road so
it's just a timing thing. You either do before or after purchase and before is preferred..
It doesn't have to be a Corvette shop for the safety, but a reputable service garage.
Also request a Carfax from the owner or pay for one yourself. It's a cheap investment
for the long term.
