Just a Hello

Welcome to the forum Bearone.

I guess in a way they really all are project cars, somethings always need finishing. Post some pics up we like to see other peoples Corvettes.

Merry Christmas to you.

Welcome Bearone! This is a great place to get some of the info you may want/need for an ongoing project. As well, your experiences - good, bad or otherwise will help others. My 'other' roadster is a '79 MGB LE and without the MG Experience forum, I would never have been able to rebuild the engine and complete many other fixes. Every time I get on the CCF forum I learn a little bit more about my Stingray.

Just a few pics. The old original non functional POS motor coming out, New crate motor waiting to go in, Brake upgrades, and just so you know i'm a redneck a pic of my mobile home for my vette.

Thanks. It was fun, had some major (and typical) overheating issues when I was done, struggled with a solution for a good while finally in my opinion I ponied up for the single biggest and best upgrade I have done yet, a DeWitts four core hand built dual fan rad. What a beauty, running hard or idling in traffic the thing never gets over 140 now, When I pulled it out of the box I was stunned at the quality of the work just goes to show you get what you pay for.
