July 18-21 Pigeon Forge, Tennessee trip!!! Who’s in?

Ok… who’s in??? Tennessee road trip to run all those amazing mountain roads including the Tail of the Dragon? July 18-21….

I found a great hotel on booking dot com. $314 for a room for three nights… in pigeon forge. It’s a great place with lots to do around as well as places to eat. We would leave from there to do the roads Saturday and Sunday morning to mid afternoon.

My room is already booked at the Guest Inn Pigeon Forge.

Sounds like a great trip. Used to travel that area a lot when we had motorcycles. Have had my C7 and C8 in that area too. Truly amazing roads. Used to stay at the Holiday Motel (not Holiday Inn) in Maggie Valley, very biker and Corvette friendly. Train ride in Bryson City is great. On the way to "The Dragon" stop in at the Fontana dam, some great views.

What an amazing weekend!!!! We had an incredible amount of fun driving the roads. There were 4 of us. We definitely pushed the cars... Here is a video of the first Tail of the Dragon run. More videos to come soon. Remember to set the output to 4K playback
