Is the black gloss called carbon flash?

I just purchased an OEM Z51 front splitter and want match it to the high gloss black trim on the car. Is the black gloss around the front license area and the door handle blades called carbon flash? Or do I have that all wrong? Thanks!

WA501Q is the paint code for the carbon flash. A local automotive paint shop mixed it into a spray can for me and I used it for my splash guards, side rockers and splitter and then 3 coats of clear coat. Looks great if you take your time and have half a clue how to use spray paint.

Carbon Flash is what’s on the car. Your OEM Z-51 Splitter is NOT CARBON FLASH. It’s a textured matte plastic that helps hide scuffs. (Does not match)
