Hit the same power line, crossing the first fairway, at a public course near Vero Beach, FL twice, 3 years apart in the late 1970s early 1980s, on 2 separate trips. I was telling the 2nd caddy about the first time it happened a few years earlier, while we were waiting to tee off, "couldn't do that again if I tried". I guess since I wasn't trying to hit the line, it happened again. Everyone's jaw dropped.
Shortly afterwards, I gave up the game.
