Hot Seat

I was out yesterday, top off and a scorcher. You can't even feel a wisper of air coming through the seats. Completely useless!!
I figure that if I had the top on and the air on, I wouldn't need the seat fan on.
Agreed. Top and AC both on is the coolest when it's a smokin hot day. The Lexan top lets a lot more heat into the car on a hot sunny day as well.

So, apparently I'm not the only one that has issues with poor performance from the seat fans. Sorry to hear that ... I was hoping it was something fixable. Maybe cut big holes in the seat and seatback upholstery? ;)

So you pay 15-16k extra for 3LT and all you get is Bubble Dash and Swamp Ass...
There's always a reason for settling for less when you have the option for the higher end. Sometimes it's a burden on your debt and limited ability to get or manage a bigger loan; sometimes it's a wife that says "NO".... sometimes it's kids in university, and sometimes you just don't think you need the options. Fair enough. Most have at sometime in their lives been there and made those decisions. But most of those admire, instead of dissing high end optioned items. And most of those who can afford the options wouldn't even think of dissing someone else's choice. Especially Corvette owners.

In case anyone cares, my C8 was pre owned, and the fact that it is a 3lt was the choice of the original owner. I would not have ordered 3lt. I hate all the fuzzy crap, esp on the steering wheel ... ugh, and I find it slippery. But the car was 1 yr old, with only 2,700 km on the odometer, and otherwise equipped pretty much as I would have ordered it, so I bought a virtually new car, at a used car price. But not a fan of Alcantera.
