HID Headlight Bulbs 💰

I have not had to change a head light since my 1969 Nova. Many different GM vehicles since. Had a rather rare anomaly 2 weeks ago of losing both HID head lights at the same time. So out here with my ‘15 Acadia in NB, I am enjoying rather low labour rates at the GMC Dealership in comparison to the rates I pay in Alberta. A synthetic oil change for under $60🙂👍🏻…
Then I got the price of HID lamps …. 😱 …
MSRP $350 each. Wow. 💸

Looks like the C7 HID Bulbs are as pricey $350’ish MSRP. The Ballast is even more (about $400) if it goes. Hope this won’t be needed too soon 🙏🏻💸
