this is my 97 i just got it in December i flew to Vegas and drove this home so i got a Vegas holiday and a new toy...it is a higher mileage car and needs a lot of work but i love Corvettes so it is worth it

Terrific looking '97, Jason- It looks well cared for and a great addition to the stable.
I had a similar experience in August of last year when I flew out to Vancouver Island, picked up a well cared for '94 'vert and drove it home with another member here: Steamer.
Was the highlight of 2013 for me and one I'll never forget.
Thanks for the pics. I'm a big fan of chrome and those wheels help make the car.

I love the C7 and i will hopefully I can afford to get one next year
LOL, yeah after last year for me, I can relate to that sentiment.
Nice that you kept the '80 in the family -- Your brother must be pleased.
Also a terrific ride that has been cared for.
Lots of C3 fans here -- understandably so: they're beauties.
Looking forward to its progress.

That is a nice collection of cars you got. The 69 your grandfather left you looks great. I would never sell somthing like that either.
I got my first vette in August, i flew to Cambridge and bought a 06. It was the first time i ever been on a plane. I flew to Toronto in Sept and bought a 08 vette for my wife.
Nice looking ride! Welcome aboard.
