That's a good question, and the short answer is, regardless of the color I ended up with, I always intended to PPF the car. In doing my research for the best PPF and a good shop, I learned about colored PPF, and that for only a few grand more, I could change the color of my car so I kept that in mind while looking for a deal on a C8 Z06/Z07 with the options I wanted. I didn't anticipate doing it as the only color I don't like on the C8 is the Rapid blue...but guess what color the car I found was. So rather than pass on the deal, I pulled the trigger on the color wrap. Now the car is fully protected and its a color I like.
