I just bought my first C3/1979. I have a lazy head light on the passenger side. I sprayed some WD40 on the springs just to see if maybe that was the issue. No luck. I ordered a vacuum gauge and will connect that once I get it. If the gauge comes back as low on the , what is my next step?

Good that you ordered a vac gauge that will show where the issue is. If you don’t have an assembly manual getting one is an important piece in owning these cars.
