ZIL-114 limousine, a luxury car produced by Zavod Imeni Likhacheva (ZIL) in the Soviet Union. Used to truck the communist party leaders around. The front end and bumper definitely look like mid 60's Chevrolet.

Again with the google thing. It an Equis Throwback, heavily modified , 1000HP C7. The little horse had me thinking Ferrari, but no.
Here is the rest of the story. Fashioned after a C7 with the body lines for sure. Has some C6 touches I would say as well.
