anybody know of a gm dealer in the oshawa, peterborough, cobourg area that's involved in the performance parts program ? the local guy in peterborough is right out to lunch on pricing. just about had to mortgage the shack to get the catalogue !!!

Just cruise across highway 36 to Lindsay and see Ross or Les in the parts department there. They have been invaluable to me over the years when it came to getting NOS parts. They will dig through the old parts books too. A friend was restoring a '69 Camaro a few years ago and he was going from Peterborough to Lindsay to get parts because he found out the same thing about the Peterborough parts guys. Lindsay Pontiac's number is 705-324-2148. It's burned into my brain.

thanks keith , i'll check them out,great info good to know. i paid double that for the catalogue in p'boro.
Anything specific you're looking for? Can probably got cheaper or get better through the members here on the site.
