GMPP for tires/wheels

I totally forgot that you would have a video of it on the PDR, but I bet some municipalities would fight to not pay up.
No doubt. All regions are likely different. Mine budgets for it according to the contact I spoke to.

They no doubt have an insurance policy for this . Our municipality carries one to cover the costs related to sewer or water line freeze ups . Included in your property taxes. $1,000 deductible in the event you need it as opposed to many thousands without. I will now inquire about the pothole coverage but am not holding my breath , lol.

I have a 512 GB card in mine running all the time but I think the only time I looked at footage was when I first popped the card in to set it up and check the video quality. Good thing to have in the event of an accident or when driving on 90% of the roads in the Country……

You'd be surprised how many times I caught people driving through red lights. Including a motorcycle totally unaware that the light had been green in my direction for well over 10 seconds. A dump truck in front of him blew the red light many seconds before him. If it wasn't for the fact I was shocked to see the truck blow the light, I'd have left shortly after and killed the idiot on the motorcycle.

I’m no Max Verstappen but every day just driving around the city I think to myself about a dozen times that I didn’t realize that you could now buy a driver’s licence on eBay. Jesus. Where do they find the driving examiners . Scary . You really do have to “ watch out for the other guy “ as the saying goes.

In some places (city’s) in BC they call it a family license and they think only one person in the family has to take the test.
True story.

Here is the video I submitted to the region when I hit the pothole.
The audio is important as it made a loud bang.

Nasty ! Although , for the most part the road appears to be in very good condition looking at this clip. Wouldn’t mind having some like that here given the condition of them this spring. But fear not they will have made most repairs in time for the first snow fall , lol.

Video quality is actually pretty good for 1080P . Long as the windshield is clean of course. Great way to give a tour of your local area to someone you know that has never been there to visit .

Couple of ideas.
