Wondering if I should change my Will yet for my Executor to purchase the EV autonomous C9, put me in it and perpetually drive forever with the optional solar power regenerating option. I hope I won’t need Onstar ... Thank God.

Almost. Did you mean to say "perpetually get driven"? Could it be that the C8 will be the last Corvette ever?

Yeah. I am first on list, I believe at Carter here to order the C8 - gave $500.00 deposit a while ago. I am 70 this Jan.; so, not sure whether I will pull the trigger or not. Still very active and healthy - touch wood - so, what the hell - only live once - and the cash is sitting there.

I want a ride in that thing James. If you can afford it, do it. Who cares what your wife says.

Actually driving the car, hearing the sounds and the look are what it is all about to me at least. Electric, autonomous and I might as well call a taxi.
