When I get well looked after, I tend to publicize the business to everyone I know. Word of mouth is the best advertisement a business can have. As much as 80% of an established business's work comes from word of mouth. Doesn't cost them a dime and is the cheapest advertising they can get.

Yeah, they're quite good there. Even though I live in Toronto, I'll combine my trips to Manny's with these guys when applicable. They took care of me nicely when I had an A/C issue a month or so ago. I have to get my emission test done next season, so it's nice to hear you were happy with them Ryan.
It's such a pain in the ass.:swear: At least you're good for 2 years now.
