I have always felt , watching the Billions they have burned through of taxpayers dollars, that the private sector would fill that gap very quickly and efficiently. And profitably. Don't get me started on the CBC ..........I'm usually pro union, but this is a case where they are destroying a company and guaranteeing their own demise.
Please do tell. Is it because they are publically funded to a degree? Not wanting to pull your cord, but I am curious as to what your beef is with the CBC.I have always felt , watching the Billions they have burned through of taxpayers dollars, that the private sector would fill that gap very quickly and efficiently. The expression is FAFOSo I guess we find out late today or tomorrow what Alberta wants to do in the way of a separation of Alberta. Personally I think the separatists won't get a majority vote but I do hear that there's a number of citizens that are considering voting yes to the separation question just to send Ottawa a message that they are not happy but they don't want to separate from Canada. That concerns me somewhat as I remember when Albertans wanted to send our Conservative party here a message that they weren't happy. What happened? The NDP won in a landslide. No one after that election would ever admit that they actually wanted an NDP government. They just wanted to scare the Conservatives. Hopefully that doesn't happen today. JMO.
I would have thought that was part of an election/referendum campaign. It is here in Qc. I believe they have 30 days to remove signageWell.... Alberta will remain in Canada... at least for now.... I'm concerned about the 110,000 Free Alberta signs scattered along every roadway in the province. I think the government should give them 30 days to remove all of them. They're just clutter garbage now.
