Did GM stop the Speed Model?

I had a great guy help me during my buying battle lol...
In 2020 the concierge had a lot more access to information than they do now. Now they have a report and can't access back door channels any more.
I never called about the speed model, never gave a shi t about it. Gave it away lol...
I never called about it either. I was referring to the order status. But now that you mention it the dealer is useless for the speed shape model.
When I contactacted them in the past as soon as they know you are from Canada you get forwarded to GM Canada Customer Care and get very little satisfaction from them typically.
I contacted GM Canada concierge on Monday. The friendly person on the phone said she would call me back the same day to verify that my vin was on a list to receive the speed model…. No response since Monday
I contacted gmcanadacare on Monday, February 19, 2024 I got a corvette hat as a (this should quiet him down for a while gift) and have heard nothing since. My purchase was August 2nd 2023
It took a year to get mine. Some a lot longer.

I took delivery of my 2023 Stingray on January 12, 2023!
No idea if they have stopped sending the models or not. I would call Corvette concierge 866-424-3892 and check to see if the program is still on. They have had real problems getting the models delivered, especially in Canada. It took them 23 months to get the model to me. I even called the concierge about 12 months after delivery of my C8 to check on it. When the model finally arrived it had the Ron Fellows program certificate in the package. The certificate was dated 12 months from when the certificate was issued which would have allowed me three years from my actual delivery date. Fortunately, I already knew about the program as I had gone there 4 years ago with my C7 purchase. So as soon as I took delivery of my C8 I called Spring Mountain with my VIN and they enrolled me for a November date. I'll go again when I order my next C8 or C9?
I emailed GM USA a couple of days ago, and the Welcome Package as they refer to it is still active, but they are just months behind due to supplier issues with the models.
Can someone post a contact who to reach?

I expect they are way behind but good to call they have name / vin on a list and right address.
I suspect they don’t have mine since I never got a recall letter for the DRL

Still waiting for my welcome Gift and Speed Model. Got my ERAY April 9th, Call the Concierge many times with no response. They have all my information on Delivery Date, Make and Model and or course my VIN number. I did here from Spring Mountain and they said as soon as they start getting ERAY's they will give me a call. They have changed the process the 1 year term that you need to apply in is now it starts as soon as they get ERAYS that they can put class's together.
Oh, I put 12,000 KMS on the car before I put it away last week. Got my oil changed and DCT filter changed and packed it away for the winter. I always said that I bought this car to drive it. It is by far the best cruising and comfortable car I have ever driven. My last trip was 8 hours and I only stopped when I need a pit stop and something to eat. The GT2 seats are a dream.
