Dealerships starting to Panic, due to Tariffs ?

Just landed in my inbox this morning .... First time I have recieved anything like this. Laughable, but I found it interesting that they are actively seeking used vehicles for resale.

Is this old news and something that has been going on? Or new panic? Or ......

I've been getting them for several years for my 2014 Malibu, but never for my vette. They want me to trade in my Malibu for a newer one. I guess they don't want to sell you another. They just want yours.
Of course they may be looking to get some corvette allocations.

new $125K+ C8s are a different market than Used $100K C8 market, and if the dealer can make $10,000 on the sale of both why not buy and sell the used C8s while selling new C8s

Agree with Dennis and vacek,,, , " actively seeking used cars for sale, is nothing new,,, If I sell cars, go get the " lead",,, if the dealership makes money on the turnover,,, good for them,,,as long as you, the consumer read, understand, process, what u r getting into.... prior to signing the dotted line,,, it's business, not perfect,,,, and market conditions are today,,, all over the place,, you want a C8,,, play the game....
