You can't click a link?
Yeah I agree. @1st Vette What the hell... There were only 20 minutes of reading and clicking on multiple links until you hit the right one ....You can't click a link? It's attached to that post.

I guess the word "attached" is too much for you two.Yeah I agree. @1st Vette What the hell... There were only 20 minutes of reading and clicking on multiple links until you hit the right one ....![]()
Attached to what. The fact that the word “ here “ in your three word post is a live link is or at least was at the time, far from obvious. Same font , same colour of text. Would be nice if links of this sort were at least in italics or a different shade to make it more obvious. It was in fact the only link in the entire thread.I guess the word "attached" is too much for you two.![]()
Wholly **** Are you new to the internet? Click the link and scroll down to the attachment! Attachments are at the end of posts. Hence the word "attachment"! Geez!Attached to what. The fact that the word “ here “ in your three word post is a live link is or at least was at the time, far from obvious. Same font , same colour of text. Would be nice if links of this sort were at least in italics or a different shade to make it more obvious. It was in fact the only link in the entire thread.![]()
Especially from a Moderator... we are bad people... lolYou should never click on unsolicited links. It’s one of the most common vectors for malware…..![]()
So your excuse for going for a drive is "I'm just going to have the transmission filter changed, be back in a little while".lol . Since the strike ended I have received 4 flyers and a credit card offer from Capital One. Good info Murray . Thanks for sharing. This will clear up a lot of speculation and confusion. And thanks to Mr Corvette of course. The closest place I can get mine done is 1,000 km away as the local GM dealer will see me only as I drive past flipping the bird . Does leave me a narrow window when the time arrives but I love a road trip. Just have to watch the timing.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it…….So your excuse for going for a drive is "I'm just going to have the transmission filter changed, be back in a little while".
Now they change it. With me it had to be replaced after 2 years or loose it even if the car did not have the 12,000 km on it, then again at my cost at 12,000 km. This makes more sense for sure. Thanks to Corvette’s Brand Quality Manager Lane Resek for providing this to MECF.

Yes for my 2022 C8.I just received a reminder letter in snail mail yesterday about the DCT service schedule. Anyone else get one?
When you have a direct question about it giving your current timeframe since delivery and current milage, get in touch.I have to thank everyone for this thread on the DCT transmission filter replacement under warranty now it's as clear as mud
Have you tried contacting GM directly ? They have a department to deal with Cadillac and Corvette inquiries. A human usually answers fairly promptly. You are given that option in the menu when calling.I have to thank everyone for this thread on the DCT transmission filter replacement under warranty now it's as clear as mud
So long as it's completed within 24 months of the original delivery date for the 2023's!I do believe that the first TX service IS now covered for 2023 models. Just about positive. I think, maybe , could be . Just kidding. It's covered.![]()
