Dash pad

Has anyone repaid a cracked Dash pad. My dash pad has cracked at the speaker area. Has anyone made a repair to their dash pad.
It would be nice to fix because they are crazy expensive to replace.

I have seen Mooser’s dash pad cover repair. It looks original, just have to take your time drill the speaker holes properly, trim and glue the pad cover. A lot less than a new pad plus knowing that the original fits perfectly and not having to worry about bending and possibly cracking a new replacement.
