Hi I have a 2025 C8 ordered and I was told it has a build status of 3800 Delayed? I know the 3800 means the car has been produced but what does the delay mean any help would be appreciated.

How long has it been like that? Usually its 4B00 for a delay.
Otherwise give it a couple of days and see if it changes.

Ha ha , I was told it was being built Dec 2nd and on Dec 5th the code changed to 3800 but my salesman said it says 3800 delayed but didn't know what that meant.It's comin by parcel post!

I've never seen 3800 delayed either, but there are thousands of codes and not all are public. Did you get a vin?

Funny he never told me if there was a VIN with it. I can check with him. Thanks for your help.
QC issue or delayed shipping is expected. Check to see if it has been moved to a different status this week. If your issue is resolved or still ongoing it should be in Bayed status by today.
