Parts issues of course.

“Due to a temporary parts supply issue, we can confirm that Bowling Green Assembly will not run production the week of October 17. Our supply chain, manufacturing and engineering teams are working closely with our supply base to mitigate any further impact on production to meet the strong demand for our products. We expect the plant to resume normal operations on Monday, October 24.”

that's terrible news, 1 week shut down means there will be 900 less 2023 C8s

Agree with you Denis, one less car on your great cruises, maybe could have been more!. Just after 5 AM and leaving for Cape Haze Florida to see the damage at our condo and the whole complex. Seems the damage in our own and the complex has grown, from infrared mapping on the inside of each condo. Most have moisture and water inside the walls. Ours has moisture in over 80% of the walls and 80% of the ceilings have to come down. (water mainly from 2 condos above) From early reports, the damage at our complex looks north of 8 million now. The rebuild will take a year or more, possibly longer. Outside, roofs, soffits, and many windows, then it is the rebuild of the landscape, where so many of our beautiful palms etc are down.

Denis, I would much rather be on the cruise tomorrow, make it a great one!

No I do not have a vin I am at 3400 and was told by the dealer my car would be produced the week of the 17th my work bench order is BZKHZT. My friend got his order number 30 days before mine and he got his a week ago from the same dealer.
Your dealer can tell you your vin if he knows how.
The dealership can see the vin when one is assigned at status code 3400 and above.
"Tell him to do an order inquiry manually and there will be a vin incentive lookup link..... way, way, way, way to the right. "

Alternately Shane at the Museum can tell you. His email address is scattered through the museum website.

Glad I bought my 2022 C8 last October 30th from dealer in Victoria: a year of enjoyment - the weather has been awesome here. Five months with little to no rain.

I am probably one of the few people OK with that. The longer before my TPW is assigned the later in the winter when the car will be built and delivered.
Why R U trading in a 2021 for a 2022? You should get what you paid for the 2021 as trade-in on the 2023 eh?

looked for his e-mail nowhere to be found
Funny, I couldn't find the photo album page via links although the order page is accessible directly and via the search option. His e-mail address is on it. However you can also do a site search for "Shane" and it comes up on several "delivery program" links. I couldn't even find the "delivery program" page through the site links.
