I’m trying to buy some poly sway bar bushings for my 2011 GS. The size of my sway bars are:
front - 30.38mm which is 1.196”
Rear - 27.80mm which is 1.094”

I have found poly bushings from Steinjager and they only sell two sizes and they are:
front - 32mm which fits a 1.25” bar
Rear - 26mm which fits a 1.00” bar

Would these work? I do not want to buy the wrong size bushings. Thanks for your help.

You want the exact size for your vehicle sway bar
size. Take a look here Suspension | Sway Bars | Urethane Bushings | Corvette Depot (https://www.corvettedepot.ca/suspension/sway-bars/urethane-bushings)
For 2011 Corvette Grand Sport (C6) sway bar bushings, the key points are:
• The 2011 GS uses specific rear sway bar bushings available in both OEM-style rubber and upgraded polyurethane options.
• Polyurethane bushings are popular upgrades as they improve performance by reducing deflection, making the sway bar more effective.
• For front sway bar bushings covering 2005-2013 Corvettes, aftermarket parts like AC Delco are available at affordable prices (~$13), which are compatible with the GS.
• The 2011 GS sway bars are largely similar to Z06’s setup, and replacement or upgrade bushings for GS can be found matching Z06 specs.
• Polyurethane bushings impregnated with graphite are available for front sway bars from 1997-2013 models, providing a no-squeak and durable solution.
If upgrading or replacing, polyurethane bushings from brands like Energy Suspension or Nolathane offer enhanced durability and performance compared to stock rubber ones. Installation can typically be done with the vehicle on ramps, making for relatively easy access.
In summary:
• OEM rubber or aftermarket polyurethane bushings are available for 2011 GS sway bars.
• Rear sway bar bushings are specific to the GS but similar to Z06.
• Front sway bar bushings from 2005-2013 Corvette parts fit the 2011 GS.
• Polyurethane bushings improve handling and longevity.
• Installation is accessible using ramps or a lift.

Thank you for all that info. I understand the importance of getting the correct sized bushings. I will continue my search!
