I'm thinking of buying one of those Electroplating kits like Caswell sells . The price these days the shops charge for doing little stuff adds up big real quick. Small stuff like brackets, garnish moldings, windshield pillars, dash parts , bolts , etc are what I would like to try do. I think a 4.5 gallon kit would be enough for me to play with doing steel, pot metal and aluminum .
Does anyone here have any experience with these do it yourself kits and what results do you get ? Any advice appreciated.
