Update: my SmartTop landed and all in cost me a RIDICULOUS $925 CAD, after all the UPS enema fees … brokerage, taxes, etc
I cannot find any path to retailing them in Canada, and saving anyone anything at all.
I’m a tad butthurt with what I paid for science …. But it’s here and I will install it tomorrow. Still a great mod … just not worth anything near this price. It’s a $500 mod on the absolute outside

Doesn't your Jogon deal also ship ups?
For whatever reason, from the USA is always the problem … never an issue from china .. if there are fees, they are small in comparison.
Jogon is another company, not mine. They happen to use UPS yes
Anytime I buy anything from the US I make sure they ship with USPS not UPS not FedX.
Shipped by USPS I have never been charged any duty’s or taxes and gets delivered in Canada by Canada post.

Just an FYI that I received my SmartTOP and installed it today.
Install took about 15 minutes (simple) and the additional features for the convertible are quite nice.
I switched my button inside to be one touch pull up to open, push down to close (always thought it was backwards), no need to hold the button ... and by remote now 3 quick presses (no holding) of unlock opens the roof/windows completely ... 3 more presses closes the roof/windows completely.
2 Quick presses of unlock, Opens all the windows (no roof action), and 2 more closes all the windows.
Pretty slick and a good upgrade for me as I show a lot.
