If you have a code reader, check that first to see if you have a code, if you don't have a code, I would disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes, reconnect and recheck.
Have you gone back into the settings to remove the limit?
Are you in "Valet" settings? 2nd key fob?
Did you have the speed monitor set to buzz when you hit a programed speed ? Or did it just randomly pop up ? Go into settings and see if it's set to do so.

Disconnecting the battery will remove all your settings. Check the setting first before doing that.
Also, note that when you disconnect the battery you should short both leads together. (Disconnect BOTH leads so as NOT to short the battery!)

Hi. Long answer from a search....TLDR
On a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette, P06A3 means:
Sensor Reference Voltage “D” Circuit/Open
The ECM has detected that one of its regulated sensor-reference circuits—typically a nominal 5-volt reference—is open, missing, or outside its expected range. “D” is GM’s circuit designation; it does not identify one universal sensor across every vehicle.
Likely causes
Loose, damaged, pushed-out, or corroded connector terminal.
Open or damaged wiring in the shared 5-volt reference circuit.
A failed sensor shorting or interrupting the reference circuit.
Blown fuse or power/ground problem.
Less commonly, an ECM fault.
Because several sensors may share a reference circuit, the fault may be caused by one sensor or its wiring, rather than the ECM itself. Generic code references also note that P06A3 is often accompanied by a more specific sensor-related code.
What to check first
Scan every module, not just the engine computer, and record all stored, pending, and history codes.
Note whether the Corvette has symptoms such as reduced power, throttle-response problems, transmission issues, warning messages, or a no-start condition.
