Interesting that they compared the Corvette to the 911. I would have thought the 718 since the price would be similar when similarly equipped (at least closer that the 911). In fact, I did consider the 718 for a short time, but opted for the Corvette in the end.

I was in doubt when I read that story claiming most C8 buyers were new to the brand.
But you guys have me being more of a believer!
The C8 is my 8th Vette, probably my last new one.
Would like to add a mid year or '91 ZR1 to the garage.
Still regret selling my '63 split window, and that was 15 years ago!

I am in the same boat but thinking towards the 911 base. If leasing still not available end of the year then I hav3 to made some tough decisions.

Same here, still hoping to get a C8 in the next 12 months. Back up #1 718 GTS 4.0 6 spd. Back up #2 M2 CS. I have owned several BMW M cars over the last 20 years. Currently own an M2.

I needed something to push me over the buying hump and the first time i researched about the C8 I just knew that I was gonna finally make the move ! Just knowing that there is a build at Bowling Green Kentucky that was in a way designed by me makes it so special . Life at 3000 carries on !!!
