Looking to spend 10-12 k
Hi and welcome to the forum! You have posted this in the appropriate section but may want to post it in the C8 section as well as it seems to get the most traffic. And then one of the other Mods can suggest you post it here, lol. Good luck in your search. You may want to touch base with our resident Corvette Concierge @Mr.Corvette who usually deals with later models but has many connections in the industry and may be able to help . Just click on his avatar and send him a DM .

I'm not being a smartass. Try a google search "what to look for when buying a C4 corvette". As a start the newer the better and if you find one get it thoroughly checked out by a corvette specialist. I've had mine 20 years and try and do as much work as I can myself, but regardless they can be an expensive toy. You won't get a ZR1 for your money so don't look at them. Don't buy anything thats been modified. Basic parts are available at local auto suppliers, sometimes you need to shop from American suppliers. I have had good luck from Rock Auto and Corvette Central. I could fill pages with info, but don't have enough time. Good Luck, there are good ones out there and let us know what you find.

Post in our 'Wanted' Classifieds section and also in our 'General Corvette Discussion' section. Most of the C8 guys think C4 is an explosive used by the military.... lol....
Yes, there have been days when I thought that C4 would be the best solution. (LOL)

I have seen lots of videos and one of the biggest complaints is getting in the car and out
I haven’t seen any problems with the drivetrain etc

Just looking for 1st hand reviews.
