Hello,
Anyone have any experience with black tail lights and black side markers?
I just picked up my C6Z black on black and I'm thinking about getting the black taillights as well as the black side markers
Anyone have any photos of theirs done
or
Anyone have any suggestions of marks I can get.
I don't want to get any cheap ones, I'm looking for ones that make it look as OEM as possible, but black
Thanks!

Have you checked your local highways act to see if they are legal ? Took a quick look and found this...

In Quebec, window tint is allowed on the rear side windows and rear windshield, but the front side windows must let in at least 70% of light, and only the top 15 cm of the windshield can be tinted. Quebec’s vehicle modification guide also lists tinting the front side windows below 70% light transmission as an offense.
For blacked-out tail lights, the general rule is that they must still be clearly visible and meet lighting/safety requirements; if the tint makes the rear lamps too dark or alters their color/visibility, it can be illegal. Quebec’s vehicle rules are strict about modifications that affect required lighting, so very dark “smoked” tail lights are risky and often get tickets or fail inspection.

I have the side markers and the rear markers blacked on my C7 and have my rear and rear side windows Limo tinted. My driver and passenger windows are 30% tinted. Here is AB we are not allowed any tint on the drivers and passenger windows but I have never had an issue. If you happen upon a cop with a shitty attitude of caught his wife screwing around on him yesterday, you or I might get a ticket but it's a chance I would take...and have taken... As far as getting a good shop to do it, keep an eye out for tinted windows around where you live and ask them where they got it done.,

I'm not really asking about tinting the windows, im asking more about the side blinkers and the rear taillights.
I have seen c6s with the taillights black (not red) as well as the side blinkers. I am sure they blink red or orange or whatever the color is, but the actual color of the plastic is black

I posted something but I don't think it posted.
I'm asking if anyone knows any good makes for this
I don't want to necessarily buy any random one on Amazon that isn't good or is of cheap quality
Thanks :)

You might actually find some of decent quality on Amazon. I bought a replacement taillight assembly for my Tundra on Amazon and you can't tell it from the OEM except for it costing about 35% as much . Just check the return policy and there is no risk really.
As for a post not showing up , if you forget to actually hit post it will dissappear. I have done that before. Duh .
